1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided via shittest.me, a platform operated by STM Ltd, which connects clients with independent testers for the purpose of conducting payment tests.

By placing an order on shittest.me, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Role of STM Ltd

  • STM Ltd acts solely as an intermediary between the client and independent testers.
  • The payment test is executed by third-party testers. STM Ltd does not perform the test and does not guarantee its outcome.
  • STM Ltd is not a payment provider, nor does it hold any financial licenses related to payment processing.

3. No Liability

  • STM Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, financial loss, business interruption, or indirect consequences resulting from a payment test.
  • Clients use the service at their own risk.
  • STM Ltd does not refund any test amounts, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

4. Complaints & Disputes

  • Any complaints regarding a payment test must be submitted by the client within 1 hour of receiving the test result or confirmation.
  • After this time window, no claims or disputes will be accepted.
  • All complaints must be submitted in writing, with full details of the issue.

5. Test Execution

  • The client is responsible for providing correct and complete test information.
  • Testers operate independently. STM Ltd only transmits the order and instructions to the selected tester.
  • The platform does not verify or control the individual performance or speed of testers.

6. Compliance and Legality

  • The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all test requests are compliant with local laws and regulations.
  • STM Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order that appears unlawful, abusive, or suspicious.

7. Final Provisions

  • STM Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
  • The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of STM Ltd, unless otherwise agreed.
